Sevenoaks School Summer Programme

Programs

The school offers three different programs, with classes amounting to 21.5 hours per week.

1) Academic Enrichment: All students follow a single program consisting of four modules, requiring a minimum B2 "upper intermediate" level of English. The modules include: Critical Thinking, Social Leadership, Creativity, and Digital Skills.

2) English Language Courses: This program offers students the opportunity to choose between Academic English or General English courses. Students are accepted starting from an A1 "beginner" level of English proficiency. Both the general and academic English programs allow students to collaborate on projects and engage in practice sessions with British students from Sevenoaks School in the afternoons.

3) Music Programme: This program runs from 17 July to 31 July 2025 and offers individual solo and instrument lessons, choral studies, music history, musicology, and a variety of other musical training. A minimum of A2 English language proficiency and ABRSM Grade 5 instrument knowledge are required to participate in this program.

Accommodation

• - Female students are accommodated in rooms for 1-5 people on campus. The bathroom is shared floor.
• - Male students are accommodated in rooms for 1-2 people on campus. Rooms are fitted with en suite bathrooms.

Meals

Three meals are offered each day.

Activities

In the afternoons, students are given 6 hours of activities per week by professional instructors in the field they choose. 2 separate activities can be selected for 2 weeks.

Activities offered : Cookery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Dancing, Martial Arts & Defense, Fitness, Photography & Videography, Soccer, Survival Skills, Introduction to English Sports, Board Games, Archery, Art, Sevenoaks Exploration, Volleyball, Tennis, Yoga, Swimming (*Golf activities can be purchased at an additional cost)

In addition, fun activities such as karaoke, cinema, disco, talent shows and various games are organized in the evenings.

Excursions

2 full-day and 1 half-day excursions are offered in 2 weeks.

Domain Transfers

Students are offered free transfers from London Gatwick or Heathrow Airport on the days of arrival and departure. Transfer times are between 09.00 - 17.00. Transfers made outside of this time frame are subject to an additional charge. (**)

Health Insurance

Students are required to take out their own insurance, as insurance is not offered by the school.

Extra Fees

- Golf Activity : £100 (per week)

Flight tickets, health insurance and visa expenses are not included in the fees.

(*) Schools give the excursion program as an example, and the school reserves the right to change the excursion program destinations due to weather conditions, availability or other external factors.
