School Overview

Oakham School provides co-educational boarding and day education for students aged 1–18. Of its total 1,000 students, 50% are boarders and 17% are international students. The Sixth Form has 360 students, with an average class size ranging from 8 to 11. Founded in 1584 in the historic town of Oakham on the Rutland border, Oakham School is only a 30-minute drive from Peterborough and less than an hour by train from London.
